As president and CEO of Campus Management, Tim Loomer has provided the leadership to foster a systematic approach to product management and development, acquisitions, and international growth that work in alignment to its long-range strategic plan. His more than twenty years of experience in technology-related businesses, coupled with a passion for education, have been critical to the company’s continuous profitable growth and industry leadership.
Formerly president and CEO of Scantron Corporation, Mr. Loomer led Scantron’s progression from legacy-based products to becoming a leading provider of enterprise software applications for the education industry. Prior to his role as CEO, he held executive positions at Scantron, including President of the Testing and Assessment Division and President of the Commercial Technologies Division. During his tenure, he executed strategies for its K-12, postsecondary, and commercial marketplaces.
Before joining Scantron, Mr. Loomer held various leadership positions at Automated Data Processing (ADP), a provider of transaction processing and information-based business solutions.
Mr. Loomer earned his Bachelor’s degree from the University of Washington and his Master’s Degree from Stanford University’s Graduate School of Business, where he also earned a Global Management Certification.
