Chris J. Foley Director of Undergraduate Admissions Indiana University-Purdue University Indianapolis

Chris J. Foley is the Director of Undergraduate Admissions at Indiana University-Purdue University Indianapolis. Foley joined IUPUI in July of 2007, and prior to doing so, he was Chief of Operations and Director of International Admissions in Indiana University—Bloomington’s Office of Undergraduate Admissions for 10 years. While at Bloomington, Foley oversaw the systems and admissions process for some 35,000 applications, and implemented an aggressive recruitment plan that resulted in a 64 percent increase in the total number of international applications in two years, and a 40 percent increase in the total number of international students on campus over five years. In his time at IUPUI, he has overseen the implementation of a national recruitment strategy.
He has published and presented on various topics including transfer credit, alumni student recruitment, college rankings, the Bologna Process, technology and international recruitment and retention. He is the author of the Educational System of the Kyrgyzstan and the editor of The Educational System of the Russian Federation (both published by AACRAO).
Foley was a Sturgis Fellow at the University of Arkansas where he completed his undergraduate studies, and he holds master’s degrees from Indiana University in English and Creative Writing. |

| Tim Gilbert is Senior Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer at Campus Management Corporation. Tim Gilbert drives the company’s sales, marketing, business development, analyst relations, and partnerships. Previously, he directed worldwide marketing campaigns for IBM Healthcare & Life Sciences. Prior to IBM, he established a Washington, D.C. branding consultancy, attracting clients such as ASPPA, Bell+Howell, Gieseke & Devrient GmbH, and IGEN International. He formerly directed marketing communications for Raymond Corporation, now a division of Toyota. He was a Fellow, researcher and instructor at Johns Hopkins; he presently serves on the board of South Florida Technology Alliance. Tim holds a BA from University of Wisconsin-Madison, an MA from The Johns Hopkins University, and an MBA from Regis University. |

Curtis Law Manager Application Development and Services A.T. Still University

| Curtis oversees all administrative and academic computing services for A.T. Still University, and functions as the Information Technology liaison for the campus located in Mesa Az. The systems his teams support include CampusVue, CampusVue Portal, CampusCornerstone, MSDynamics, Blackboard CE8, and they are currently implementing CampusCRM (Talisma). He has been with the university for 3 years. Curtis has over 30 years or Information Technology experience with over 20 years of project management experience. Curtis has been a Project Management Professional (PMP) for over 10 year. He taught Information Technology classes at Bellevue Community College for 8 year. He holds a Bachelor of Arts from Western International University and an M.B.A. from Keller Graduate School of Management. |

| Rob came to the University of Ottawa in 2006 after 11 years as a software developer in the telecommunications industry. For the past 3 years, he has worked in the Student Services department of the university leading various initiatives which focused on using technology to improve both student services and internal operations. Along with leading the continued rollout of the univeristy's CRM functionality, he also primes Admissions technology, the delivery of a new student portal, and delivery of the university's mobile web application, uoMobile. Rob graduated from Dalhousie University in Haifax, Nova Scotia in 1994 with a Bachelor of Commerce Degree and then obtained a Computer Science degree from the same institution in 1996. |

| Denise transitioned in 2006 to leading developers in the Student IT Services team after 5 years working in operations with Strategic Enrollment Management. Her expertise is in admissions, communications, student services, and overall business analysis for the Student Information System. She was key in the acquisition of TalismaCRM in 2006 and managed its implementation and go-live in 2007. With a strong focus on student services, she has been able to influence the adoption of CRM as a strategy throughout the University of Ottawa. She is currently leading development projects in the areas of Curriculum Management, Academic Catalog, Student Finance and is working on developing the 5-year plan for Student IT Services at the University of Ottawa. |

John Finbarr (Barry) WalshAssociate Vice President, Enterprise Software Indiana University, Bloomington, IN

| Barry Walsh is nationally recognized as a leader in community source and enterprise application integration, as well as a pioneer in the application of technology to solve problems at Indiana University. As Associate Vice President for Enterprise Software, Walsh leads a division that balances the requirements of immediate practicality with IU's long-term strategy. To his role, he brings diverse experience in industry and higher education and skill in creating a culture of innovation and delivery of technology services through partnerships. Previously, Walsh served IU as Director, University Information Systems (UITS), and Managing Director, Operations Division (FMS), following other significant leadership and management roles in the University's IT and financial management units. Walsh architected one of the first enterprise-wide client/server information systems in higher education, IU's Financial Information System (FIS), and implemented an award-winning enterprise-wide, 1300-user web-based decision support application (FDRS). Subsequently, Walsh created the IU Information Environment (IUIE). More recently, Walsh led the development of the enterprise workflow engine now known as Kuali Enterprise Workflow, and initiated the open source FIS, subsequently named Kuali Financial Systems. He has a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from University College Dublin, Ireland, and a Master's degree in Business Administration from Indiana University |
